When you order from some large online card marketplaces, the cards in a single purchase may actually be coming from multiple sellers in multiple locations.

That can mean multiple packages, different shipping speeds, separate tracking information, and sometimes a long wait before the last card in your order finally arrives.

That's not how we do it.

When you order singles from The Surprise Shop, the cards you're purchasing are coming directly from our inventory inside our shop in Sullivan, Missouri.

One shop. One order. One team getting it ready for you.

Next-Business-Day Shipping

We know what it's like to order cards for a new deck and immediately start waiting for them to arrive.

That's why we don't want your order sitting around.

Our goal is to have your order packed and on its way by the next business day.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Central, Monday through Friday, may even ship the same business day whenever possible.

Once your order reaches us, our team locates your cards, verifies the order, packages everything for shipment, and gets it moving.

Shipping That Makes Sense for Singles

Trading cards are small and lightweight, and we don't believe you should have to pay package-level shipping prices every time you order a few cards.

We've built our shipping options specifically around trading card singles.

For qualifying orders, you can choose USPS Economy Letter for just $1.99, or add Limited Tracking for and extra $0.36 if you'd like some additional visibility while your cards are on the way.

For orders that require traditional package shipping, USPS Ground Advantage is also available, and qualifying orders of $50 or more receive FREE Tracked Shipping.

The idea is simple: keep small orders affordable while automatically providing more appropriate shipping as the size or value of your order increases.

What Does Limited Tracking Mean?

Our USPS Economy Letter + Limited Tracking option gives you some visibility into your shipment without the cost of sending a small singles order as a traditional tracked package.

It's important to understand that Limited Tracking is not the same as standard USPS package tracking. It may provide fewer updates, and you may not see a scan at every step along the way.

That's why we call it exactly what it is: Limited Tracking.

For just a few cents more than our standard Economy Letter option, it gives customers who want it an additional way to follow their order while still keeping the cost of shipping small singles orders low.

Your Order Determines the Available Shipping Options

Not every singles order can—or should—ship the same way.

Our shipping system looks at the order you're placing and determines which shipping methods are appropriate.

Factors such as the number of cards and value of the order can affect the shipping options available to you at checkout.

As an order becomes larger or more valuable, Limited Tracking may no longer be available.

We built the system around a simple idea:

Keep shipping affordable when we can, while making sure the shipping method makes sense for the order we're sending.

When your order comes in, our team at The Surprise Shop pulls the cards from our physical inventory, verifies them, packages them, and sends them to you.
