How to Start a Return
Contact us first—call us at 573 468 6932 or email thesurpriseshopllc@gmail.com—and we’ll send you simple instructions and a shipping label.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, with original tags and packaging

  • Include your receipt or order confirmation

Non‑Returnable Items
Perishables, custom or one‑of‑a‑kind items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return your order—same return conditions apply.

Refunds
Refunds are very limited, but we’ll always do our best to keep you happy. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t seen your refund after 15 days, please contact us.
