1. FTC “Click-to-Cancel” Disclosures
By checking the “I agree to these terms” box when you subscribe, you provide affirmative consent to an automatically-renewing service subscription with a six-month minimum commitment, in compliance with the FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule.

Price & Plans

  • Monthly Service Subscription: $15.00 per month, charged on the same  calendar day each month following signup.

  • Annual Service Subscription: $150.00 per year, charged once per year on your signup-date anniversary.

Minimum Commitment
All new subscribers are contractually bound for the first six billing cycles. Cancellation requests submitted before the end of that period will take effect immediately after your sixth payment.

Renewal Frequency

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on your signup-date anniversary each month.

  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically on your signup-date anniversary each year.

Cancellation Policy & How to Cancel
After your six-month minimum term, you may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. To avoid another charge, cancellation must be completed before your next renewal date. You can cancel by clicking the “Cancel My Subscription” link in any subscription email or by visiting [Manage Your Subscription].

2. Missouri-Law Disclaimers
Because this is a service subscription, auto-renewal is permitted so long as all material terms and the cancellation process are clearly and conspicuously disclosed in boldface type of at least 14-point font (RSMo § 407.675).

  • 15-Day Pickup Window
    Members may purchase sealed TCG releases at MSRP within 15 days after each official release. After that window closes, standard store pricing and policies apply.

  • MSRP Guarantee
    While your subscription is active, you have the right to purchase sealed trading-card releases at Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price—no hidden markups.

  • Quantity Disclaimer
    Pre-order quantities may vary based on supplier availability. We cannot guarantee any specific unit counts beyond what’s shown at checkout.

  • Sales Tax

    • Membership Fees are considered a service and are not subject to Missouri sales tax.

    • Product Purchases are taxed at the combined rate of Missouri State (4.225%), Franklin County (2.25%), City of Sullivan (2.0%), and Sullivan Fire Protection District (0.5%).

3. Other Important Terms

  • Membership Effective Date: Your subscription must be activated before a product’s public release date to qualify for the MSRP guarantee on that release.

  • Agreement: By subscribing, you confirm you have read and agree to all of the above terms, including the six-month minimum commitment.
